Amla pickle to increase immunity

Now the rainy season has begun along with it everyone is worried about the rapid spread of the Covid19 pandemic.  The only way is to stay away from the spreading of this dangerous virus is by increasing immunity. 

The ingredients in our kitchen, the vegetables or materials we get around us, are enough to enhance the immunity.

Usually, everyone likes Amla.  Pickle made of it is tastier.  Immunity can be enhanced by the gooseberry pickle.  

Vitamin C is rich in Amla so it enhances immunity.  Gooseberry has health benefits such as helping digestion. Let's see the procedure for the preparation of Amla pickle. 

Required Ingredients: -

1) Amla
2) Water
3) Salt
4) Oil
5) Fennel seeds
6) Mustard
7) Fenugreek seeds
8) Onion seeds

Preparation Method: - Neatly was the Amla with clean water, prick them with a fork a couple of times, then add salt and water to a bowl and let it soak for an hour.

After that, turn on the stove,  heat the oil in a pan, turn off the stove once the oil is hot, add the mustard, onion seeds, and fenugreek seeds to the oil.  After a minute add turmeric and Amla.  

Now turn on the stove again and fry the ingredients on medium flame.  Now add some salt and red chili powder to it, mix well, turn off and let it cool.  Put the mixture in a container or jar and let it rest in the sun for 5-6 days.
