Amitabh Bachchan Shared A Poem Of His Father

 
Let there be hope, let there be light, Amitabh Bachchan amid lockdown has cropped up with a new message for his fans. Big B on his Instagram handle shared a poem written by his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
The poem written in Hindi is sure to give a positive vibe to the people, who in the course of lockdown are disheartened and sad. The beautiful lines itself describes people should be optimistic and stand still in any tragedy.
The Instagram feed of Amitabh read, “Yes the night is dark & deep, but when was it not permitted to light a small lamp! When the dreamed home you built with affection & love, was drowned in destruction, when was it not permitted to pick up little bricks & stones to rebuild a small peaceful hut again...in the poetic uplifting words of my revered Babu ji...Harivansh Rai Bachchan” 
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in his upcoming film 'Gulabo Sitabo'. The film will directly release on an OTT streaming platform instead of the theatres.
The film is a story of eponymous glove puppet characters, Gulabo and Sitabo who reside in Uttar Pradesh. It is a story full of local humor and songs depicting day to day struggle of a common man.
The shooting of the film began in June last year and the film was all set to be released in April 2020 but due to coronavirus the release date was postponed and finally, the film is getting a digital premiere in over 200 countries.
The film is directed by 'Piku' fame Shoojit Sircar and written by Juhi Chaturvedi. It has been produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar. The film will be digitally released on Amazon Prime Video on June 12.
