Ammachi Yemba Nenapu Review: Gut-Wrenching saga!
Ammachi Yemba Nenapu is a gleeful world of Dr. Vaidehi with gut-wrenching story of Ammachi & Akku.
Director Champa Shetty portrayed Raj B Shetty (Venkappayya) in a ‘not-exactly’ negative shade which he pulled off really well with indignant & Witty scenes.
Vyjayanti as Ammachi essayed the troubles of being a women in a rebellious and painful tone. Akku (Deepika Aradhya) appeared as strong case of revolt, in her not being normal act, Puttammatte (Ammachi’s Grandmother) & Dr. Vaidehi’s childhood characters stands out in this movie.
Ammachi had beautiful dreams to lead her life, she cherished the moments which spent with Janaki and hated the presence of Venkappayya. This film is a good example of Director’s clarity of mind regarding characterization, mood of scenes and way of approach towards the middle class family in the past.
Ammachi Yemba Nenapu is not a regular outing. Its a depict of a women’s pain and happiness.
Plus :
▶ Vyjayanti , Raj B Shetty, Deepika Aradhya, Diya Palakkal & Ammachi’s Grandmother Characters and their acting.
▶ Dr. Vaidehi’s Story & Dialogues
▶ Naveen Kumar’s Cinematography
Minus :
▶  Venkappayya character’s short existence (Expected little longer screen presence).
