Banana Splits to Enhance immunity in kids
Whatever energetic food we prepare, little ones always rejects it complaining about one thing or the other. Food should be attractive to children. They eat only if it's colorful. So prepare Banana Splits for your kids, a recipe that is attractive and also helps to enhance their immunity.
1) 2 bananas
2) 1 cup greek yogurt
3) fresh berries
6) hemp seeds
Method of Preparation:-
1. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and place in a bowl.
2. Use an ice cream scooper to make yogurt “ice cream” scoops on top of the bananas.
3. Top with berries, granola, and any optional toppings.
Serve this to kids. They will have it happily as it looks attractive and this recipe will increase their immunity.
