Almond Laddu to Boost Immunity
In this weather, one important thing to be followed is to increase our immunity. All the necessary safety measures should be followed to increase immunity.
Our body should not only be protected from cold and common infections but also it's necessary to take precautions against serious illness. As they say, Precaution is Better than Cure, it is better to follow it.
So let us see the preparation of Almond Laddu to boost immunity.
Almond- 1 cup
Fox Nuts roasted in ghee- 3/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds- 1/2 cup
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Ginger Powder- 1 tsp
Black Pepper- 3/4 tsp
Jaggery- 1.5 cups or as per taste (can be substituted with honey)
Coconut Oil- 2 tablespoon
Method of Preparation:-
Blend almonds, fox nuts and pumpkin seeds one at a time in a high-speed blender
Next, mix all the powdered ingredients with the remanding ingredients and blend for 10-15 seconds again.
Empty the contents in a bowl, grease palms with some ghee and make laddoos of the desired size
Place in an air-tight container at room temperature and consume within a week
