Amla Murabba to Boost Immunity
We all are going through a tough time due to the Covid19 Pandemic, it's the high time to enhance our individual immunity which can be done with natural food and medicines.
One of such immunity booster is Indian gooseberry, we can prepare so many things out of it and use daily. One of them is Morabba which is easy to prepare. So today let's learned to prepare Gooseberry Murabba to Boost Immunity.
Medium-sized Amla 8
Black pepper powder 1/2tsf
Salt as required
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Method of Preparation:-
Wash and dry Amla, steam in steamer or cooker. When cold put in an airtight container, cover with jaggery powder.
Keep it for 2 days. After 2 days jaggery will be melted and juice is formed. In a kadayi, take Amla with juice and boil till 1string Paka, the juice will be thickened.
Now allow it to cool, add lemon juice, sprinkle pepper powder and salt, mix well store in an airtight container. Enjoy daily 1Amla and be strong and healthy.
