Required Ingredients: -
Methi- 1/2 spoon
Dried Red Chilli-3
Grated Dry coconut - 2-3 tbsp
3 tablespoons of oil
Urad dal - 1/2 a spoon
Curry leaves -5 to 6
Cashew- 7 to 8
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:-
Add half a tablespoon of methi to the pan, dry roast it, and keep it aside. Then add three pieces of chili and dry roast it later add 2-3 tablespoons of grated dry coconut.
To a mixer, jar add grated amla, and all the fried ingredients and make it a fine paste.
After that, heat a pan on the stove and add 3 tablespoons oil heat it and later add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
After frying add the ground paste to the pan and fry it well. Later add one large cup of rice, half a tablespoon of salt, and little sugar and mix everything well.
After this, garnish the rice with little coriander and serve it.
