Required Ingredients :-
Gooseberry – 2
Fresh Turmeric – 2 inch
Ginger – 1 inch
Lemon – 1
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation :-
Wash all the ingredients.
Take turmeric, ginger, sliced gooseberries, and curry leaves in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste adding little water.
Add more water to dilute it and pass it through a metal strainer. Add the needed amount of water to serve three.
Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
