Dry Fruits Laddu To Boost Immunity
Required Ingredients: -
1) Cashews, grapes, almonds, peanuts and sesame seeds, altogether 1 cup
2) Poppy Seed - 3/4 cup
3) Jaggery - 1 1/4 cup
Preparation method:- At first Almonds should be made into a Dry Roast. In this way, all the other dry fruits should be made a dry roast and kept aside.
Then peanuts and sesame seeds should be made into the ground in a mixer and made into a powder. All other dry fruits should be made into a powder separately.
Add almonds, cashews, remaining peanuts and grapes grind them together as a powder.
Take a pan, keep it on the stove, on the flame, and add 1 cup of jaggery and 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 lemon juice to the pan and mix well.
When it's mixed well, all the ingredients should be added one after the other. Add the cashews, almonds, sesame seeds, peanut powder, and remaining sesame seeds and mix well.
Then add 1 tablespoon of ghee, mix all the ingredients well. Turn off the stove later. Let it cool.
Put some dough to a plate and take some to hands and give it a shape of laddu. Dip the laddus into poppy seeds.
Now dry fruits laddu is ready to eat.
