1 ripe banana
2 tsp baking powder
240 gm refined flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp butter
90 ml milk
20 ml water
Butter for cooking and tossing the pancake
Method of Preparation:-
In a bowl sieve together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients together except butter for cooking. Ensure a smooth mixture without lumps.
Heat a griddle pan and smear butter on the pan. Ensure the pan is not overheated. Put a ladle of mixture and spread evenly. Cook on medium flame, and as one side is cooked, flip it over.
Cook till the pancakes are golden brown and slight crisp. Serve hot with maple syrup
