Fenugreek Chutney to Boost Immunity

So let us see the preparation of fenugreek chutney to boost immunity
Peppercorn - 2 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry Red chili - 5
Tomato - 2
Coconut grating - 1/4 cup
Oil - 3 teaspoon (sesame seeds oil)
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 teaspoon (sesame seeds oil)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Heat oil. Add peppercorn, fenugreek seeds, and Red chili and fry till nice aroma. Remove it from oil
Add Tomato and fry till mushy. Switch off add coconut and mix well. Let it cool down.
Grind Pepper, fenugreek, red chili, tomatoes, coconut with required salt and water
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds let it pop add curry leaves, hing and mix well. Add to the chutney
