Ginger Turmeric Energy Balls to Boost Immunity

Ghee - 3 Tablespoon
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Fresh turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Dried ginger powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Freshly ground cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method:- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat. Add the jaggery and mix well.
Continue heating the mixture on low heat until both are properly combined to form a golden syrup.
Combine turmeric powder, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
Add the melted ghee and jaggery mixture to the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Wet your palms with a little water. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into one-inch size round balls.
Store the energy balls in an air-tight container.
