Ginger Vada to Boost Immunity

Required ingredients:-
250 gms ginger
Besan 100 gms
2 green chilies
1 onion
Oil for deep fry
1 pinch garam masala
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Water if required
Preparation Method:-
Clean, wash, peel, and grated ginger
Take a mixing bowl, add besan, grated ginger, salt, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, and mix to make a tight dough.
Make small balls out of the dough, flatten it using palms, deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
