Required Ingredients :-
1 green apple quartered
1 cucumber
1.5 cm piece of ginger root
½ lime peeled and quartered
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Water
Method of Preparation :-
Peel the skin of cucumber and deseed and chop it into big pieces.
Peel the skin of ginger and add all ingredients into a blender along with water. Blend it well for about 5 minutes or until you get a thick juice.
