Required Ingredients: -
Green leaves ೧ cup
(Curry Leaves, Chakramuni, Mint, and Palak)
Flaxseed 2 teaspoon
Ginger 1 inch
Salt as per taste
Preparation Method:- To a Juicer or mixer jar add the curry leaves, chakramuni, mint, palak, flax seeds, ginger, and water for the consistency of the juice.
Grind it well until juice consistency arrives. The juice can then be consumed by adding little salt. This juice is effective in alleviating vitamin deficiency and ingestion it is a permanent solution to anemia.
