Muskmelon Halwa to Boost Immunity

Our body should not only be protected from cold and common infections but also it's necessary to take precautions against serious illness. As they say, Precaution is Better than Cure, it is better to follow it.
So let us see the preparation of Musk Melon Halwa to Boost Immunity.
Chopped Musk Melon: 1 Cup (Approx 100 gms)
Sugar/Jaggery Powder: 1/2 Cup
Ghee: 2 tsp
Cardamom and Nutmeg Powder: 1 tsp
Roasted and chopped nuts: A handful
Method of Preparation:-
Peel the outer skin and chop musk melon into cubes
1. Blend the muskmelon cubes into a fine puree
2. Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of ghee and add the muskmelon puree
3. Let it cook on a low flame till all the water evaporates from the pulp, this would take around 10 to 15 minutes
4. Cook till you get a fruity sweet aroma
5. Add jaggery and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, at this stage, the puree color turns to a golden brown
6. Add the crushed cardamom and nutmeg powder and cook for few more minutes on a low flame
7. Add 1 more tsp of ghee and top it up with roasted nuts
