Our body should not only protect from cold and common infections but also it's necessary to take precautions against serious illness. As they say, Precaution is Better than Cure, it is better to follow it. 

Neem & mint kashaya (Ayurveda drink to boost your immunity) or Kashayam for immunity is healthy to drink, Neem helps boost your immune system while cooling down your body internally. It possesses both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that help keep your skin clean, radiant, and healthy. Neem also has blood-purifying properties. It helps clear toxins and impurities from the blood leaving you with a strengthened immune system. 

Cough Relief Tea Recipe - Kashayam for Cold & Cough

Required Ingredients:- 

1) Water:- 4 glasses 
2) Basil:- 8-10 leaves 
3) Mint :- 8-10 leaves 
4) Neem :- 8-10 eaves 
5) Turmeric:- one pinch 
6) Black pepper seeds:- 5-8

Method of Preparation:-  Add 4 glasses of water to a container and keep it for boiling on a Stove. When the water starts to boil add Neem, Basil, Turmeric, Mint, and Black Pepper seeds.

Boil it well for 25 to 30 minutes. Strain it and the Kashaya is ready. Drink it hot..
