Nelanalli kashaya to boost immunity

Phyllanthus Amarus ( Nelanalli ) is a plant that has leaves and flowers. Nelanalli kashaya powder which is available in the Ayurvedic Shop can be used if the plant is not available. Roots of this plant can be used to prepare kashaya.
Requires Ingredients: -
1) Nelanalli Plant or Nelanalli Kashaya powder
2) 4 glasses of water
Preparation method:- Nelanalli plant should be washed neatly. 4 glasses water should be poured into a container to that Nelanalli plant should be immersed or Nelanalli kashaya powder should be put into the container having 4 glass of water. And the water should be boiled well.
Four glasses of water should be boiled until it becomes to one glass quantity. A person should consume one cup of kashaya every day. A tablespoon of jaggery can be added to Kashaya, it is optional.
