Raisins Laddoo to Boost Immunity 

Immunity-Boosting Recipe 

In this weather, one important thing to be followed is to increase our immunity.  All the necessary safety measures should be followed to increase immunity.

Our body should not only be protected from cold and common infections but also it's necessary to take precautions against serious illness. As they say, Precaution is Better than Cure, it is better to follow it.

So let us see the preparation of Raisins Laddoo to Boost Immunity 

Required Ingredients:- 

Besan Ladoo

1) ½ cup raisins, sweet, (make sure the raisins are sweet)
2) 1 cup  peanuts
3) ½ tsp green cardamom powder
4) 1 to 2 tsp GHEE

Method of Preparation:- 

Wash raisins in a lot of water quickly and thoroughly, several times. This is done to remove the oil or stabilizers that are used to increase the shelf life.
Drain and pat dry them on cloth.

Fry these in 1 tsp ghee till they begin to puff up slightly.

Wash and dry roast the nuts, set aside to cool.
Powder the nuts to a fine texture or slightly coarse will do, set this aside.

Grind the raisins, cardamom powder in a blender to as smooth as possible without adding any liquid.

Add the nut powder to the raisin mix and grind to blend well, you will have a moist mix. I add a few tiny chunks of nuts to this mix before I roll them.

Take small portions of this mix and roll them in your palm to give a ball shape.

If desired you can roll them in white sesame seeds or powdered sugar or coconut powder

Store these raisin nutballs in a dry and clean airtight jar. I do not know the shelf life, since in Singapore everything has a short shelf life. I have never stored them for more than 4 to 5 days. If refrigerated will last longer. Handle them with moist free hands.
