1) 1 - Tomato
2) 4 - Garlic cloves
3) 1 - Green chilly
4) ½ tsp - Mustard oil
5) Pinch of salt
6) Pinch of sugar
*Lightly roast tomato, garlic and chilly together.
*Add mustard oil, salt, and sugar and mash them together in a paste.
*Later season it with oil, mustard and curry leaves. Chutney is ready to serve.
