Suggestions to Enhance Immunity in Children
Children are more vulnerable to cold, flu, and all kinds of health problems. Children are very sensitive, hence they are more susceptible to disease. They should have a good immune system not to get infected from the diseases.
Here are some suggestions to boost your child's immunity.
1) Let your child eat more fruits and veggies. Fruits and vegans such as carrots, beans, strawberries, and oranges contain phytonutrients, which help boost immunity.
2) Insomnia can weaken the immune system and make children sick. So make sure your children get enough sleep every day.
3) Infants should be breastfed until 1 year of age (or at least for the first 3 months). Colostrum is present in breast milk, which helps to improve immunity.
4) Encourage your children to exercise daily. You can be ideal for them. Children can accompany you when you exercise. This will benefit both of you.
5) Washing hands, legs, and face after playing the game, changing the toothbrush once every 2-3 months is a healthy practice to fight infection.
6) If someone in your family has the habit of smoking, try to quit smoking for the sake of your children, or smoke outside. Cigarette smoke reduces immunity and makes your children sick.
