The Iron Lady poster revealed by A R Murugadoss

The most awaited and talked about biopic on the legendary actress and late former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha is in the pipeline and all eyes are on the project.

In fact, there are two in the making which are yet to be announced officially. Sarkar director AR Murugadoss revealed the title poster of the biopic on J Jayaylalitha which has been titled The Iron Lady. The film will be directed by A Priyadhaarshini who previously made Shakti with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.

The poster only reveals the title and the director of the film, but nothing about the cast and crew of the film. More details are yet to be officially announced by the makers.

There was also a film called Amma that starred Ragini Dwivedi and directed by ‘Main Hoon Rajinikanth’ director Faisal Saif, which was halt after completing it’s 90% of shoot.

Jayalalitha is one of the few actresses in South films who enjoyed a huge following during her acting days. And after making an entry into politics, she was one of the most powerful politicians in India and was fondly called as Amma by her admirers.
