If ever a list has to be made out of all the biggest entertainers in Bigg Boss House ever, Arshi Khan's name will surely top the list. She entertained the masses so much in season 11 of Bigg Boss which made her a household name. The actress spoke to Newshelpline about her upcoming film, her resemblance to Silk Smitha in the film, and much more.
Talking about the film, she said, "It is a woman-oriented film which is based on a real story. It's about a village girl who faces torture after she gets married."
Adding further she said, "The film demanded me in a different role. People have always seen me smiling and laughing but for this film, I have worked really hard to express different emotions. People will see me crying in the film."
Recently, she shared some stills from the film on her social media and her look was being compared to Silk Smitha and Vidya Balan. Sharing her reaction on that, she said, "No this film is not at all like Dirty Picture. Its a simple village girl look. I will be seen wearing traditional village dress”
Talking about Vidya Balan, she said, "I am a big fan of Vidya Balan. I wait for her to share pictures on her social media account and I am the first one to like them. She is a great actress and I cannot be compared to her at all."
Music Videos are in trend these days, when asked if she will also be a part of the same, she said, "Whatever everyone is doing, why should I do the same? I don't believe in following the trend. I will do something unique of my own."
Arshi Khan will be seen in the film Trahimam which is based on real-life incidents. It will be released in theatres in the first week of May.
