Akshay Kumar appears in the new cover of Nupur Sanon’s Filhall
Kriti Sanon’s sister and singer Nupur Sanon unveiled the new version of her song, Filhall on Thursday. She took to her Instagram to share the unplugged version of B. Praak’s hit track in her voice.
Back in 2019, Nupur made her on-screen debut with Akshay Kumar in the music video of Filhall. The song went on to cross over 500 million views on YouTube. The video showed Akshay narrate his love story with a tragic end as a Punjabi man in love with Nupur’s character.
Nupur shared a glipmse of the unplugged version on Instagram and wrote: “From making YouTube covers of Bollywood songs just for fun to finally making a cover of my own song….the feeling is nothing but surreal ! Watch till the end for a sweet SURPRISE!! @akshaykumar. Have put my heart and soul and all my feelings into this one…I hope you all like it. Thank you for your support.” she added.

Earlier it was also announced that the makers of the song have decided to launch a sequel to the song starring the actor and actress in a similar setting.
