The duo has been applauded for their mind-blowing performances on the silver screen and now after a long gap of seven years, they are collaborating once again for a thrilling human-drama titled 'Mayday'.
The official handle of Ajay Devgn Films just confirmed the deeds on the project. It said, “SrBachchan & Ajay Devgn is all set to reunite after 7 years for a thrilling, absolute edge-of-the-seat human-drama titled #Mayday, being produced by Ajay Devgn Films & directed by #AjayDevgn. He’s directing the legend for the first time.

Mayday is set to be a human drama film. Actor Ajay Devgn will be seen playing the role of a pilot. It is the first time when Ajay Devgn will be seen directing Amitabh Bachchan on screen.
The remaining cast of the film will be finalized soon. The film is expected to go on the floors by the end of this year. Ajay apart from acting and directing will also be seen producing the film under his home banner ADF Films.
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn is busy with multi-starrer, Bhuj – The Pride Of India, which also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, and Pranitha Subhash.
Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in mega-movie, Brahmastra also starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
