"An Actor's Life Has Many Innings Says Tanushree Dutta On Her Come Back In The Industry".
Tanushree Dutta won the Femina Miss India Pageant in 2003 and became a household name after she made her Bollywood debut with the film 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne'. The actress's last film was released in the year 2010, post which, she made her distance from the industry.
In 2018, she opened up about the sexual harassment she faced on the sets of her film 'Horn Ok Pleassss' by Nana Patekar and she began the 'Me Too' Movement in India. Post which, she shifted to the US. Last year, the actress announced her comeback to showbiz. She spoke to News Helpline about her second innings, her getting back in shape, and much more.
Talking about her new project, she said, "The people with whom I am working will make the announcement of the project when the right time will come."
When asked if this will be her second innings, she said, "An actor's life has many innings. Every Friday is a new inning for an actor. So I will not say this is my second inning. I would like to say my future projects are an extension of my career."
Tanushree is looking fit and back in shape these days, talking about her fitness mantra, she said," Everyone should take care of one's health. Whether you are going to be seen on screen or not, one should always be fit. I have consciously taken care of my health."
