ANOTHER EPIC ROLE TO BE PLAYED BY AJAY DEVGN AFTER TANHAJI

Ajay Devgn, who was previously seen in TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR, is reportedly said to star in Neeraj Pandey’s directorial ventures.

The film CHANAKYA will be based on the ancient Indian philoshoper and the royal advisor to the first Mauryan Emperor.

Ajay Devgn, who is said to feature the bald look, had previously confirmed, “This film will be made in two parts because we have a lot to say. Chanakya was way ahead of his time. Whatever is happening today, politically and otherwise, he has spoken it all at that time. He had a vast knowledge and we see whatever he had mentioned then, happening world wide now”.

The writer lyricist Manoj Muntashir revealed that as a part of their research, both he and Neeraj had to travel across India, Specially Bihar, Where Pataliputra(Patna) is situated. Even before scripting down their story, they had to study and absorb Chanakya’s Books mainly; KAUTILYA.

Though the shooting was paused due to the pandemic, the crew has resumed filming, which is likely to be wrapped up by the last quarter of 2021.
