Veteran actor Anupam Kher's mother Dulari shared some cute old memories of her life. The ’Wednesday’ actor took to his Instagram handle and shared an IGTV video of his mother. In the video, Dulari is seen talking about her childhood days and the way she was being pampered by her father and uncle. Calling herself ‘gundi’ she also mentioned that she was the only sister in 14 brothers and was spoilt crap.
Anupam wrote, “Mom in flashback mode...Mom became nostalgic about her childhood days. How she was the only girl child among 14 boys. How everybody spoilt her. Especially her father. She called herself a 'gundi'. She regrets not studying. We were beaten up so that we will study. It is wonderful to listen to her stories. For us it is pure gold. #DulariRocks #MomStories #Innocence”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anupam will be seen lending his voice for the computer-animated film, ‘Koochie Koochie Hota Hai’. The film is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and co-produced by Dharma Productions and Prana Studios. The film is an animated remake of the 1998 Blockbuster film, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, with an anthropomorphic cast of farm animals.
It also stars the voices of Shahrukh Khan, Kajol Devgn, Rani Mukherji, Riteish Deshmukh, Simi Grewal, Uday Chopra, Sajid Khan, and Sanjay Dutt.
The film was set for a release back in 2011, but it was shelved. Later it was revealed that the film is scheduled to release on February 14, 2021.
