​Anurag Kashyap To Present Game Over Hindi Version, Starring Taapsee Pannu

Filmmaker Anurag Kashypa has been roped in to present “Game Over” Hindi version, starring Taapsee Pannu.

The prolific filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has come on board to present the Hindi version of the “Game Over”, directed by Ashwin Saravanan and produced by S.Sashikanth.

Anurag Kashyap shared the news on his social media profile. He wrote, “‏Proud to be bringing this amazing thriller/slasher/noir from the makers of “Vikram Vedha” to our hindi audience #GameOver #YouHaveSeenNothingLikeThis”

Game Over is an upcoming tri-lingual drama thriller film written and directed by Ashwin Saravanan. The film stars Taapsee Pannu in the main female lead role. The film is produced jointly by Y NOT Studios and Reliance Entertainment.

Taapsee Pannu, who has worked with Anurag Kashyap in romantic hit Manmarziyaan, addressed her happiness as filmmaker will present the Hindi version.

She wrote, “So lucky to be an actor in times where a film can witness simultaneous release in 3 languages. To all the wonderful names coming together to make it happen…Proud to be a part of #GameOver…Yet another happy association for me with @anuragkashyap72”

The first look of the film was released in October 2018, in which Taapsee is seen sitting in a wheelchair with her feet in medical plaster. The title logo hints that the game could be about love with and it is clear that technology too will play a part in the film. The maze in the background and the chess board-like floor design also stress on the theme of the film.

Apart from Game over, actress Taapsee Pannu is also busy with the forthcoming biopic, Saand Ki Aankh, which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role.
