David Beckham Hails Queen’s Speech And Expressed His Gratitude
World famous footballer David Beckham hails the monarch speech and expresses his gratitude towards care workers, who are carrying out essential roles during this Corona Pandemic.
In a rare speech, the monarch thanked people for following government rules to stay at home and praised those “coming together to help others”.
The Queen has said the UK “will succeed” in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic, in a rallying message to the nation.
Footballer David Beckham took to his social media and wrote a heartfelt post. He shared, “Our Queen…I want to thank everyone on the NHS front line, as well as care workers and those carrying out essential roles, who selflessly continue their day-to-day duties outside the home in support of us all…The pride in who we are is not a part of our past, it defines our present and our future…We will succeed – and that success will belong to every one of us. We should take comfort that while we may have more still to endure, better days will return: we will be with our friends again; we will be with our families again; we will meet again…@theroyalfamily”
Yesterday, the official handle of Royal Family Of England, dropped a speech video of The Queen, addressing the Nation and Common Wealth countries.
They captioned it, “Her Majesty The Queen addresses the UK and Commonwealth in a special broadcast recorded at Windsor Castle…‘We should take comfort that while we may have more still to endure, better days will return: we will be with our friends again; we will be with our families again; we will meet again.”
