“Dilip Kumar is doing better after backache” says, Saira Banu

Legendary actor Dilip Kumar reportedly has been suffering from severe backaches but is now doing better according to recent reports. His actor-wife Saira Banu shared the news with fans on Friday.

An audio note was shared on Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter page, in which Banu said they have been consulting the doctors at Lilavati hospital and everything is fine now.

Saira Banu said, “I’m so happy to tell all of you that Dilip sahab is a lot better. He had a severe backache and we had to go an check it out at Lilavati hospital. We checked it out and came back home. Everything is fine now with God’s grace and your best wishes. We are so grateful to you all,”

Faisal Farooqui who is Dilip Kumar’s family friend, also took to Twitter and informed the veteran actor’s fans about the actor’s health condition. He wrote on his twitter account, “Dilip Saab is doing well. Please don’t spread rumours,”

The legendary actor Dilip Kumar, also known as ‘Tragedy King of Bollywood’, 97, is best known for performances in films such as Andaz, Aan, Madhumati, Devdas and Mughal-e-Azam.
