After Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga was made on a homosexual relationship between two women, this marks the second film in the same genre with a social message. Faraz has previously directed Sisak, India’s First Silent LGBTQ love story, and has also written Sheer Khurma.
Divya Dutta was last seen in Netflix’s Music Teacher alongside Manav Kaul, Amrita Bagchi and Neena Gupta.
Meanwhile, Bhaskar was part of the buddy comedy Veere Di Wedding, alongside Sonam Kapoor Kareena Kapoor and Shikha Talsania.
