Actors Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar share a special bond, the duo has worked in many super-hit movies. And today, as the Khiladi Akshay Kumar turns 53, Ajay is nothing but good wishes for his good friend.

Ajay took to his social media profile and penned down a few words. The ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ actor showering his wishes stated that as the birthday is on the set in Scotland, please stay safe. He wrote, “Happy Birthday Akki. I know it’s an on set birthday in Scotland. Stay safe. Best wishes for all times to come”

The duo will be again seen in the film ‘Sooryavanshi’. It is an action film directed by Rohit Shetty and written by Yunus Sajawal. It is bankrolled by Aruna Bhatia, Apoorva Mehta, and Rohit Shetty. It is the fourth installment of Shetty’s Police Universe. Akshay will be seen in the titular role opposite Katrina Kaif.

The film co-stars Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Jackie Shroff, Sikandar Kher, Nikitin Dheer, Vivan Bhatena, and Javed Jaffrey.
Kumar's character was announced towards the end of Simmba that served as a character introduction of Sooryavanshi. He is playing DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, the chief of the Anti-Terrorism Squad. It is now scheduled to be released on Diwali 2020.
