Son of veteran actor Javed Jaffery and Habiba Jaffery, Meezan started his career with Malaal, written and directed by Mangesh Hadawale and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Currently, Meezaan is busy with Hungama 2, helmed by Priyadarshan and produced by Venus Worldwide Entertainment, it is a spiritual successor of Priyadarshan's 2003 comedy Hungama. The film is currently in post-production and has been scheduled for theatrical release in mid-2021.
