I Like Working On My Birthday Every Year – Says Ananya Panday

Actress Ananya Panday, who celebrated her 21st birthday on Wednesday, has said that every year she wants to work on her birthday. She added that it’s always a good feeling to have when a person is working on his birthday.

Ananya Panday was interacting with the media at her birthday celebration in Mumbai.

When asked Ananya how she is celebrated her birthday, she said, “Today I did dance rehearsals because we are going to shoot for a song. I was doing dance rehearsals with Kartik (Aaryan) so, he was the first one who wished me on my birthday.”

She added, “My parents always tell me that if you are working on your birthday then you will be busy in your work for the entire year so, I am feeling glad that it was working birthday for me.”

Ananya Panday is an elder daughter of actor Chunky Panday. She made her Hindi film debut with ‘Student of the Year 2’ along which also featured Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria, talking about her journey in the industry for past one year, she said, “I think it was the best year of my life because I always wanted to be an actor and I have finally become an actor so, I am feeling very happy that work is keeping me busy. It’s a good feeling to work on your birthday.  I hope that every year I will be working on my birthday for the rest of my life.”

Ananya Panday next will be seen in ‘Pati, Patni Aur Woh’ along with Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar, talking about her next release, Ananya said, “We have completed shooting of the film and right now, we are doing dubbing of the film. As I said, we are going to shoot for a song. We will release a trailer of the film really soon so, I am very excited about it.

Ananya’s father Chunky Panday’s recent release ‘Housefull 4’ has entered into 100 crore club, when asked Ananya whether she watched the film, she said, “I have watched it two times. It’s a really funny film and I loved the film. It is also doing really good business and I hope that my dad’s movie is bigger and better.”

Talking about competition for current and upcoming actors in the film industry, Ananya said, “I love competition. I think it’s a lot of fun and everyone and everyone out there is actually a friend so, I think its good to be competitive because it keeps you going and it keeps you motivated.”

‘Pati, Patni Aur Woh’ is releasing on 6th December, 2019.
