Life is made up of compromises. Some people had to compromise for work whether it’s a film Industry or corporate Industry. But it seems that actor and singer Jasleen Matharu didn’t have to go through such stages. Because of her father, she was the lucky one to escape this.
Jasleen was interacting with the media on Tuesday at Rapchee Originals Press Conference - The Last Compromise talked about how she started her career with ease and was able to achieve her goals.
Jasleen said, “I never had to compromise because of my father. As he is attached to the film industry, he always guided me in the right direction and made me interact with the correct people. As a singer, I started my career at a very young age as a stage performer. The first two-person I interacted with were Mika Singh and Sukhwinder Singh and my father only fixed our meeting. In this case, I am very lucky that I got a chance to meet the correct people, because of my father. So I never had to face that compromise part."
Talking more on this Jasleen said, “Life is full of compromises. Sometimes we do have to compromise for small things. I don’t actually pay attention also on all these upside downs. And as I am quite vocal if in case, I would have faced this I would have definitely spoken about it.”
On the work front, Jasleen will be seen in the movie, ‘Woh Meri Student Hai’ along with Anup Jalota. The movie is inspired by their real-life as Anup Jalota would be seen as the singer while Jasleen would be seen as his student.
‘Woh Meri Student Hai’ is written, directed, and produced by Mr. Kesar Matharu. The film is currently in the production stage itself.
