"Kamal Haasan Drops The Teaser Of Vikram".
The actor dropped the teaser on his 66th Birthday today on his Twitter profile. He captioned it, “Happy to launch the title teaser of my film today; directed by Mr. Dir_Lokesh Enjoy! #vikram RKFI anirudhofficial”
The film is helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is known for helming films such as Master and Kaithi, this one marks his fifth directorial venture with the new Kamal Haasan film.
In the teaser, Kamal Haasan is introduced gradually as a mysterious character who can be seen setting up a table for a gala feast. On one hand, he's preparing meals and on the other, he can be seen hiding ammunition under the table and on shelves.
Kamal Haasan's guests can be seen wearing masks as they get ready to savor the meal - as soon as they start the feast, Kamal Haasan switches to a violent avatar. The teaser dramatically ends on a cliff-hanging note with these words: "Once upon a time, there lived a ghost named Vikram."
Apart from Vikram, actor Kamal Haasan will soon resume work on Indian 2. The film marks the return of Haasan as vigilante freedom fighter Senapathy. The film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions, also stars Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simhaa, Kajal Aggarwal, and Priya Bhavani Shankar in key roles.
