Kangana Ranaut Create Controversy Again, Slam Congress Party

Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut, known to stir controversies, attacked opposition Congress Party on the sidelines of polling today, stated that during their reign India was in worse state.

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut took a jibe at the Indian National Congress, saying that India is truly independent today; free from the rule of ‘Italian government’.

Kangana, who cast her vote in Mumbai during Phase 4 of the ongoing 2019 Lok Sabha election, was asked about the importance of voting. The Manikarnika actress replied, “I would like to say that today is the most important day for all of us. And this day comes only once in five years, so please make full use of this day. I truly feel that now India is getting its freedom because prior to this we’re under Mughal, British and Italian slaves, so please, practice your independent democratic right, and vote”

When asked about importance of voting and issues she wants to be addressed and improved in India, Kangana took a dig at Congress, she said, “Like I said, prior to this our country was a slave, and our politicians used to chill in London and our country was rotting. Issues like Economy, Pollution, Education, Poverty, Rape, were prevalent in the time of Congress, during their time country couldn’t have been in worse state”

“So the time of Independence and duty (swaraj and swadharma) has come, so we should be going in with large numbers and voting for India”

The actress last appeared in Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi, currently she is prepping for role in Mental Hai Kya and Panga.
