"Karan Mehra is elated with audience response to his recently released song ‘Bewafa Tera Masoom Chehra’".
Actor Karan Mehra, who has featured in a music video titled ‘Bewafa Tera Masoom Chehra’, is feeling really happy that his recently released song is connecting with the audience. He added saying that it’s a soothing song and not like regular songs that have been made in the music industry in recent times.
Karan Mehra was interacting with the media to promote ‘Bewafa Tera Masoom Chehra’ along with Ihana Dhillon on Tuesday in Mumbai.
The song has got more than 14 million views within a few hours of its release and is currently trending at the number six spot on YouTube.
Talking about the audience's response to the song, Karan said, “I had a really nice experience working with Ihana (Dhillon) on this song. We shot this song for three days in Chandigarh. I think we made a really good song, so I am glad that the audience has given a good response to the song within a few hours of its release."
He added, “We didn’t expect that the song would get so many views within a few hours. We are not able to sink in the fact that we are getting a really good response for the song. I think everyone associated with the song including T-Series has done a fantastic job. When you see the video, it looks like a short movie. There are different moods and emotions in the video and that’s why people are even more connecting with the song."
The song of love, entanglement, and unrequited feelings features actors Karan Mehra, Ihana Dhillon, and Amardeep Phogat, in a heart-wrenching video directed by Navjit Buttar.
Talking about the song, Karan said, “I think it’s not a regular song because nowadays there is a lot of noise in the songs but this song is very soothing. It’s a kind of romantic and sad song. The lyrics of the song are really good and Jubin (Nautiyal) has done an amazing job while singing it, so it stays in your mind for the longest time.”
‘Bewafa Tera Masoom Chehra’ is sung by Jubin Nautiyal, composed by Rochak Kohli, and penned by Rashmi Virag.
It is streaming on T-Series’ official YouTube channel.
