Nagarjuna, Rakul Preet wrap up Portugal schedule for Manmadhudu 2 diaries.

Nagarjuna and Rakul Preet will soon be seen in a sequel to Nagarjuna’s 2002 blockbuster Manmadhudu. The duo recently wrapped up a month-long schedule of the romantic comedy in Portugal. The film is touted to be a romantic comedy and it will be interesting to see this pair sharing the screen-space.

With Manmadhudu 2, Nagarjuna will take the story ahead with Rakul as his leading lady. While the film went on floors in Hyderabad, the team then traveled to Portugal for an extensive international schedule.

Reports suggest that Samantha Akkineni will be seen in an extended cameo in her father-in-law Nagarjuna Akkineni’s film Manmadhudu 2. She will be playing an interesting role and that it will be a turning point in the film.

Directed by Rahul Ravindran, Manmadhudu 2 will be his second directorial after Chi La Sow with Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma in lead roles. Rahul’s directorial debut won him great accolades and made way for more films. Before turning to direction, Rahul Ravindran has acted in films like Andala Rakshasi, Tiger, Srimanthudu and many others.

On the work front Rakul Preet Singh was last seen in “De De Pyaar De” romcom starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu in the lead.
