Celebrating International Women’s Day, the maker of Saina drops the first official and awesome trailer of the biopic based on ace Indian Badminton Champion Saina Nehwal starring Parineeti Chopra in the lead role.

The film traces the journey of the Saina Nehwal, who with her never-give-up spirit inspired billions across the globe. Her story is inspirational for the youth, especially girls aspiring to become athletes. While many know the triumphs and victories that Saina achieved, most are unaware of what went behind to fulfill those dreams.
The film is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sujay Jairaj, and Rasesh Shah. The biopic, directed by Amole Gupte, also stars Manav Kaul in a pivotal role. The music is composed by Amaal Mallik. The film will release on 26th March 2021.
Apart from the Saina, actress Parineeti Chopra has also lined-up Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, directed and produced by Dibakar Banerjee. The film also stars Arjun Kapoor in the lead. The film is scheduled for release on 19 March 2021.
