The year 2021 is here and it has started with a bang! Ranbir Kapoor's fans saw him last in 'Sanju' that was released in the year 2018. They have been waiting for his next release and amidst this, the actor has now signed his next film with Kabir Singh fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga titled 'Animal'. The makers of the film have released a monologue in Ranbir's voice.
As the clock struck one post-midnight and the new year started, makers (Sandeep and Bhushan Kumar) released this video along with introducing the cast of the film, "Animal Announcement; Saal ki shuruwat,seeti marke Honi chahye! Presenting #Animal starring #Ranbir Kapoor' Let the fun begin!"
Throughout the video, someone is blowing the whistle and Ranbir is talking to his father telling him to be born as his son in the next birth so that he could tell him how much he loves him. Ranbir's voice with the chilling background has intrigued the audience and they cannot wait for the trailer of the film to release.
Film Animal is being directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and alongside Ranbir, the film features Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.
The movie has been co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Krishan Kumar, and Murad Khetri under the banner of Bhadrakali Pictures Production.
Looks like 2021 is the year of Ranbir as he will be seen in Shamshera and Brahmastra as well.
'Shamshera' is an action-adventure film directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles alongside him. Set in the 1800s, the film is about a dacoit tribe who took charge in the fight for their rights and independence against the British. Ranbir will be seen in a double role in the film.
'Brahmastra: Part One of Three, is an action fantasy film directed by Ayan Mukherji and produced by Karan Johar. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt in lead roles alongside Ranbir. It also features Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles.
