Raveena reveals her Character in the film
One of the much-awaited films of 2021 is the sequel of the multilingual film K.G.F CHAPTER: ONE. Directed by Prashant Neel, the film shooting had already been completed, during the COVID 19 Times.
The film portrays sandalwood actor Yash in the lead role, where Sanjay Dutt will be seen playing the character of ADHEERA, Raveena Tandon will be seen as RASHMIKA SEN, a very different role. Speaking to the press, she revealed, “KFG 1 had a huge fan following and the second part is also dearly awaited. My first look has quite been loved by my fans and I am sure they are going to love to see Ramika Sen (her character) on screen. It was an amazing experience working on the project. Yash is really sweet and a gem of a person. He is a super talented and meticulous actor. I had a blast working with him.”
When asked about how she became a part of the film, Raveena said, “I had been impressed with the storyline of the film and was in talks with the team. Prashanth Neel (director) had narrated the script even before I'd watched the first part. And when I saw it, I found it was absolutely mind-blowing. It was a new-age cinema approach. However, it was also important to be thorough with the storyline and the narrative and how the movie pans out in part two. And my role itself was so interesting, there could not be a no. Prasanth's work is quite powerful. I think that is what makes him special because you can never guess the incredible ideas running behind the mind of his calm demeanor.”
Though the actor shared about her impressive work experience with the film crew, Raveena could not unveil much about her character. She stated, “Ramika Sen is quite complex but very powerful at the same time and has got shades of grey. You cannot predict the movement of my character,”
