Sanjay Dutt And Madhuri Dixit – Happy To Reunite For Kalank

Period drama Kalank reunites the most loved and hit pair of on-screen, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit Nene, the duo is happy with the reunion.

Kalank will mark the return of Sanjay and Madhuri together for the first time in 21 years. The film will also feature the hit pairing of Varun and Alia for a fourth time after Student of the Year, along with Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles.

Talking about working with Madhuri Dixit after such a long time, Sanjay Dutt quipped, “I said it before, it felt good to work with Madhuri Dixit again, and after a long gap I am working with her. Hopefully, we got to work a lot more”

Madhuri Dixit recently reunited with Anil Kapoor in Total Dhamaal and now Sanjay Dutt for Kalank. Talking about working with both the actors after a long gap, she said, “We’re working together after a gap of twenty years, and recently I worked with Anil Kapoor after a long time. So it is always wonderful to work with co-actors you have worked with before. This movie feels the same and I think it has been wonderful”

Kalank is an upcoming period drama film directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios.

The colours, mood and presentation of Kalank is grandiose, the film is 1945 and depicts a saga of love and power.

Kalank will release on April 17.
