After winning accolades in International film festivals, Sir – The Film, a heartwarming drama starring Tillotama Shome and Vivek Gomber, will finally release on Netflix.
The romantic drama film is directed by Rohena Gera, bankrolled by Rohena Gera and Brice Poisson. It was initially released at the Cannes Film Festival followed by a theatrical release in European countries in 2018.

The filmmaker Rohena Gera also took to his social media and expressed his excitement. The film revolves around Ashwin (Vivek) and her maid Ratna (Tillotama); he is the employer and she is his live-in housemaid. Sir is about their unlikely bond – a meditation on the shackles of social structure, but also an indictment of the social anatomy of love.
The film's music was composed by Ragav Vagav, and songs are penned by Mohit Chauhan.
