'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari Trailer Is Out".
Starring Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh, and Fatima Sana Sheikh, the first official trailer of Suraj Par Mangal Bhari is out and hitting all the right chords. The trailer is already trending on social media with the audience raving about the fact that there is some more reason to smile during this festive season.
The story is set in the ’90s, about Mangal (Manoj) who plays a wedding detective spying on prospective grooms, and Suraj (Diljit) who is a victim of one such investigation leading to his marriage being broken.
Suraj tries to get even by wooing Tulsi (Fatima) who is Mangal's sister and has a secret to lie about herself to. The film is a social comedy about the preambles of marriages that shook the value system in those days. Those were times when marriages were meant to be match fixed! Hence begins this comic tale leading to some hilariously written and enacted sequences that are bound to bring the house down.
The movie also stars veterans like Anu Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pilgaonkar along with Vijay Raaz and Neha Pendse, and is directed by Abhishek Sharma who is known for his satirical comedies.
The breezy trailer has some quirky lines executed with aplomb by Diljit with Manoj matching him in every step with his powerful nuances. The background score is brilliantly matched to the period with some trendy lyrics that are bound to go well with the fans of the singer-actor. Nonstop entertainment guaranteed indeed.
The movie is being produced by Zee Studios and slated for a Diwali release.
