The singer has come together with percussionist Bickram Ghosh for the album 'Ishq' which has 6 love songs. The album was launched yesterday and was attended by the biggies of the Music World like Shankar Mahadevan, Roop Kumar Rathod, Salim Merchant, and many more.
Shankar Mahadevan spoke to News Helpline about the album 'Ishq' and said, "Two Maestros have created magic in the album Ishq. Hariharan and Bickram Ghosh are pure magic together. The songs are so beautiful and soul-touching. Every song has a meaning and melody."
He further added, "I have seen three videos till now and they are beautiful with most amazing vocals by Hariharan. I am looking forward to watching other videos as well."
Talking about the new normal amidst corona times, he said, "This is the new normal now. We cannot step out without a mask. We should all be very careful."
Ishq is a music album with 6 love songs. The videos have been directed by Arindam Sil. The six videos have been shot all over Kolkata in a span of 7 days. The album is produced by SUFISCORE.
