Varun Dhawan was last seen in Coolie No 1, also starring Sara Ali Khan, the film is directed by David Dhawan and is the remake of the 1995 film of the same film. The original starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor and was a massive hit in the ‘90s.
Varun is currently busy with Jug Jugg Jeeyo, which also stars Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. It is helmed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta.
The film also stars Prajakta Koli and Manish Paul.
