Yet Another FIR filed against Love Yatri

Trouble seems to be brewing over Salman Khan’s latest production, Love Yatri, earlier titled Loveratri. The film, which stars two debutantes Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain has been in the eye of the storm ever since initial posters and songs of the films have been released. Earlier, an FIR stated that the title of the song was derogatory to the festival of Navratri. Now, another FIR alleging the film is degrading the spirit of Garba has been filed. This time, the FIR has been filed in Gujarat. The FIR has been registered by residents Megha Ben Purohit and Praveen Tarbada of Vadodara with the help of their lawyer, Ranjan Kumar Jha in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate for degrading ‘Garba’.  With the initial FIR, Salman Khan, who is also the producer of the film, changed the title to Love Yatri. However, the complainants were still not satisfied with the changes and wanted the name to be changed to The Yatra of Love.
