Exclusive! Ayushmann Khurrana & Bhumi Pednekar begins shooting for their upcoming film “BALA”.
Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to entertain the audience with his upcoming Film “Bala”. This film marks their third film together after Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan with Bhumi Pednekar. The film is set in Kanpur.
It is about a man who is balding prematurely and how he deals with it. As per the reports, Ayushmann’s nickname in the film is Bala and thus the title. The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam. While Bhumi plays a dusky small town educated woman, Yami essays the role of a supermodel based in Lucknow. The film is being directed by Amar Kaushik.
This will be the first time Ayushmann is reuniting with his Vicky Donor co-star Yami Gautam after seven years. Vicky Donor marked the Bollywood debut for both the actors. After Stree, director Amar Kaushik’s next film Bala is also set in a small town and revolves around a prematurely balding man and a woman facing prejudice because of her skin color.
The film also stars Saurabh Shukla, Jaaved Jaaferi, and Seema Pahwa. The laugh riot is expected to hit the big screens in September 2019.
